Of course, the news that is exciting for those who have in these cities. The reason for these 10 cities made this list is because they have been beaten badly in recent years. Prices in all these areas have been hit hard. However, things are starting to look a little.
It seems that the Sarasota, Florida, the market appears to be bottoming. In September 2009 home sales rose in Sarasota the same period in 2008. Total Property Sales stood at 554 in September 2009, compared with 409 sales in September 2008. Inventories are declining with increasing sales. The increase in home sales is a function of price. Pending Sarasota homes have already exceeded the level 800 for seven of the nine months of 2009, after midnight at 400 to 500 months range for much of the previous two years. This is a strong indicator that the number of sales in October and November will be positive.
